Executive Cleaning values your home and appreciates your business. We pride ourselves on providing you with a dirt free life.

Executive Cleaning is a professional cleaning service that is fully insured and bonded with $2M in general liability insurance for your protection, as well as ours.

Payment of Service

Payment for cleaning services is due in full in the form of a cheque at the time of cleaning, or on a monthly invoice for commercial businesses.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy; therefore, we strongly enforce our rule to keep client names and locations confidential.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule your regular cleaning date, please give us one week’s notice. We hold this slot for you and turn away other potential customers in order to secure your scheduled time slot. You will be charged for that clean, unless it is an unforeseen emergency that causes you to cancel without the required notice.

Cleaning Supplies

We supply all cleaning solutions and equipment, other than some specialty cleaners like glass stove top cream, but we will use yours (the customer’s) if you would prefer. Clean new cloths are used at each home in order to prevent cross contamination.

Refunds

Since cleaning is a very personalized and subjective service, we cannot offer refunds. However, we want you to be 100% satisfied. If you are dissatisfied with your cleaning service for any reason, please call us within 24 hours and we will discuss your concerns. If necessary, we will arrange for a re-clean with no extra cost to you.

Gift Certificates

Executive Cleaning offers gift certificates of any denomination or number of hours. Cleaning gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.

Tipping

Tipping is a powerful way to say thanks for the service that you have received, but remember your appreciation need not be monetary. A testimonial letter expressing your appreciation is a welcome gesture.
